On Saturday,
June 3, 2006 the GLFRA board members, along with other ratteries (Ratlandia,
Historic Rattery, Tiny Toes Rattery, Raffin House Rattery, etc.) and rat
people gathered at Wonch Park in Okemos, Michigan to have fun and to learn
more that goes into the confirmation and structure involved in improving the
rat fancy. People enjoyed BBQ goodies like hamburgers and hotdogs, mac n'
cheese and three bean salad. There were lots of doggie kisses from all of the
canines that came.
We got a lot
accomplished, including some absolutely fantastic pictures taken by Chris Bower. To all those that came, thank you for coming. We had a
fabulous time. To those who didn't - we hope to see you all next time!
Note: All
rats that attended the event are observing proper quarantine procedures.
