Sadly there have been some changes to Harlan's policies and we are unable to order from them at this time. They are now requiring us to have a $1000 minimum order as well as a loading dock in order to place orders with them. Since we do not have access to a loading dock at this time, we will not be able to place orders. If someone does have a loading dock that we can use, please contact Robin at rats@deer-creek.us with 'Harlan-Loading Dock' in the subject.
Harlan explained that they did not feel that the pet market was worth investing their time because we did not bring in enough revenue for them. Despite our great attempts to promote their products, they were not willing to work with us until we have a loading dock. We are very sorry about this.
If you would like to contact Harlan about their changes in policy and tell them about the inconvenience, we encourage you to do so. Perhaps if they see that there are plenty of pet owners willing to spend money on their products, they may change their policies. Their contact information is:
